Focus On Lavender In Your Aromatherapy Business

If I were on a desert island and had only one oil with me, I’d want it to be lavender essential oil.  Lavender is one of only two oils that can be used “neat” (without dilution) directly on the skin.  And I don’t know of one single oil that has all the benefits of lavender …  stress-relief, soothing achy muscles, use on minor burns, cuts and wounds, acne, headache, insomnia … the list goes on and on.

Aromatherapy For Beginners

Are you just starting out with essential oils?  It can be overwhelming at first, since it seems like there are a million different oils and you need them ALL right NOW!  And it can be really expensive to buy 20 or 30 or even more different kinds of oils.

Take a deep breath, because you really don’t need all that many oils to be able to mix some amazing blends and get some great results for yourself and your family.  In fact, if you have just 5 or 6 oils and some carrier oil, like fractionated coconut oil, you can make about 40 or so home remedies and aromatherapy recipes!
